New Guest Welcome Automation

I designed and implemented Lenny's first automated welcome email for non-loyalty guests who opted into email marketing, creating a more engaging onboarding experience for new subscribers. From concept to execution, I designed the email creative, developed the messaging, and built the automation workflow in Olo Engage to introduce guests to the Lenny's brand, highlight menu offerings, promote catering services, and encourage enrollment in the Lenny's Rewards program. This initiative established a customer journey for first time guests.

I managed a centralized marketing portal that enabled franchisees to easily browse, download, and order brand-approved marketing collateral. In addition to designing and maintaining a wide range of print and digital marketing assets, I collaborated with our third-party production vendor to oversee product inventory, coordinate print production and delivery, monitor production costs, and ensure marketing materials remained current and readily available.
