Problem
For LTO point-of-purchase materials including window clings, Iron Mans, and drive-thru signage, I was given creative freedom while also being required to incorporate the Len Moore caricature, a recurring brand element used across corporate designs. The challenge was ensuring the caricature remained recognizable and on-brand while allowing each promotion to feel distinct, flexible, and visually engaging across different formats.

Solution
I treated the Len Moore caricature as a versatile brand anchor rather than a fixed graphic, leaning into the idea that β€œit can be what you want it to be.” By adapting its scale, placement, and role within each design, I was able to create POP materials that felt expressive. This approach allowed each promotion to stand on its own visually, while still clearly belonging to the brand with plenty of franchisee approvals.
