Franchisees struggled with accessing consistent, brand-approved local store marketing (LSM) materials. Requests for event flyers, coupons, business cards, and promotional signage were often unmet due to a lack of streamlined support from corporate. As a result, many franchisees resorted to creating their own materials, leading to inconsistent designs that strayed from Lennys’ brand standards. Over time, this disconnect caused a lack of trust in the corporate marketing team and limited the effectiveness of local promotions.

I developed an updated, organized system of LSM materials that was both accessible and flexible for franchisees. By creating a library of ready-to-use templates including menus, flyers, banners, and promotional designs, I ensured franchisees had quick access to professional, on-brand resources for their local events, promotions, and in-store POPs. This restored confidence in the corporate team, improved consistency across all stores, and allowed franchisees to effectively engage their local communities while maintaining Lennys’ brand integrity.
