Solution

I was responsible for developing the overall creative direction and visual identity for the summit, incorporating Memphis-inspired elements to reflect the brand’s roots. This included designing a cohesive system applied across all marketing materials including programs, directional signage, lanyards and badge cards, presentation assets, and branded merchandise. In addition to design, I coordinated directly with external vendors to manage production timelines and ensure all materials were print-ready and delivered on schedule. This required aligning specifications, reviewing proofs, and overseeing the execution of multiple deliverables to maintain consistency and quality across all physical assets.

Outcome The final execution delivered a cohesive and elevated brand experience that improved visual consistency across the event and helped create a stronger sense of unity among franchisees.
